The rough seas off Trinidad's north coast have forced the cancellation of the ferry service between Trinidad and Tobago, again. In a statement on Friday, the Trinidad and Tobago Inter Island Transportation Company reminded that at this time of the year the sea conditions can impact on the sailing schedule as, from time to time, the wave heights are predicted to be in excess of the acceptable three metres for the passenger vessels.

Volvo Ocean Race Auckland is officially open!
The Volvo Ocean Race Auckland Stopover is officially underway, with a team of over 100 Race staff welcomed by local dignitaries during a Race Village opening ceremony on Saturday.
